The new medical X-Ray machine

The goal of this project was, to develop a new X-Ray machine for PHILIPS Medical Systems.I collaborated as project manager on the development of the new Hungarian patent medical X-Ray table to realise the continuous mass production. A previous management finished the X-Ray productions assembly line and taught the workers the rope. The my task was, fulfil the residual technical demands, and to build up the logistical organisation. Under six month had come true the continuous production and the weekly shipments to the PHILIPS Medical Systems
